26/27th April Working with Pike and Shot Events – The International Living History festival – Avoncroft Museum. Big multi-period! Email

4th May – Royal Gunpowder Mills, Essex – One-day event celebrating the 80th Anniversary of VE Day, we are looking for Home front/Home Guard mostly (Appreciate that it is very short notice)

10/11th May – 1940’s Melton Mowbray, Leicestershire. This is year 5 of this event again celebrating VE Day. We are open to anything 1940’s Vintage vehicles/we have a large agricultural section/ Germans etc More the merrier!

1/2/3 August – The Battle of Evesham, Evesham…. – big anniversary year 3 day event looking for Cavalry and groups -Email

24/25th August – Leicestershire County Show, Market Harborough Showground – Sun/Mon – Focus on Agriculture and Heritage/traditional crafts (Basket weaving/Dyes/Wool Spinning/Hedge laying/Thatching etc)

6/7th September – Royal Gunpowder Mills, Essex – Full weekend multi period from 1674 (The start of the Mills history) to at least WW2, the site has a very strong female history so any incorporation of that into your group will be a bonus. (happy to provide information) Especially Munitions.
