9th – 12th September – Templar Event with Detecting for Veterans
24th – 26th September – Tudor Herbology/Medicines – Event TBC

Past Events 2020
Unfortunately due to the current situation with Covid 19 all our events have been postponed till 2021. If the situation clears up later in the year we are available all year round, if you wish to have any talks and displays inside museums in November/December 2020 or January/February 2021 we are available.
VE Day Celebrations – The National Army Museum, London – Postponed TBC – We will be providing a home front display including Rationing, Make do and Mend, and Children’s games. We will also be presenting talks on Women at War.
1940’s weekend – Melton Mowbray, Leicester – Postponed till 2021 – We will be providing a WVS and Land Girl display with talks throughout the day on Rationing and the life of a land girl.
Wimpole History Festival – Wimpole Hall, Royston, Cambridgeshire – Postponed till 2021 – Details TBC
Chalke Valley History Festival – Chalke Valley, Sailsbury – Postponed till 2021 – This year we will be providing life in a Tudor cottage, talks and demonstrations on Candle Making, Food, wool preparation, spinning, cloth dyeing, and medicines. We will also be providing talks at the weekend on the British woman at war for the Friday 30s and smaller pop up talks on Female Russian Tankers during WW2.
Tudor Confectionery – Greenwich, London – Postponed till 2021 – we will have a display on Tudor confectionery as well as making some sweet treats throughout the day.
History Day at Cogglesford Mill – Sleaford, Lincolnshire – 12 July – Lindsey will be Tudor for this event, with spinning and Butter making.
Past Events 2019
Cogglesford Mill – 23rd Feb – We will be providing a small display for the Mill showing Tudor bread and butter making.
Lincolshire Heritage weekend – Cogglesford Mill – 30th March – We will be providing additional support for a small event with the Lincolnshire long haired sheep. We will be spinning and using natural dyes.
Glastonbury Medieval Festival – 20/21 April 2019 – We will be providing a Medival display on Cooking and Cloth Dyeing using natural dyes of the time.
D-Day landing – Gosport – 1/2 June 2019 – We will be providing a Home front display with WVS (Woman’s Voluntary Service) talks.
Wimpole History Festival – Wimpole Hall, Royston – We will be providing a WVS and a Land Girl/Lumberjill Display.
Chalke Valley history festival – Chalke Valley, Salisbury – We will be providing WVS and Land Girl display along side the Dig for Victory Garden. We will also be providing Talks on Land Girls and the WVS, a Friday 30 talk on Tudor cloth making and dyeing, and a Stuart dressing, where Georgina will be getting dressed on Stage to show you the complexities of getting dressed in 1620
Slough Horticulture Show – Slough Berkshire – 17th August – We will be providing a Rationing display and a Land girl talk.
Rufford at War – Rufford Abbey, Nottingham – 28/29 September – We will be providing a WVS display and cooking demonstration.
Chelsea History Festival – Chelsea Hospital, London – 12th October – We have been asked to prepare a talk and presentation for our Stuart dressing, Georgina will again be getting dressed on stage whilst talking through the the historical references linked to the dress she wears and our research.
Collections Day – The National Army Museum, London – 14th December – We will be providing a Home front display, with Rationing, Make do and Mend, Washing and interactive Games for the children to try.
